FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is my monthly Invoice calculated?

The monthly Invoice for each administrator is calculated for the number of active users on his/her account for the Invoice’s month. Suppose, if an administrator has 10 active users in a month, he/she will be invoiced for a total of 10 users.
PS:- The Invoice amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis. Thus if you had 9 users at the start of a month, and added another user on 16th of that month, your Invoice amount would be 900 + 50 = INR 950 (because one user was active for only half of the month).

What forms of payments are accepted?

We accept all major payment modes including credit/debit cards for Indian and global customers. For Indian customers, additional payment modes like Net Banking and popular digital wallets (Mobikwik/PayZapp/PayUmoney/Freecharge/Airtel Money/ OLA Money wallets) are also accepted for making payments.

When am I supposed to make bill payments?

Your Invoice for current month is generated and becomes due on 1st of next month. You are reminded for clearing the Invoice but you can keep using the app till 7th date of the month. Afterwards although we still keep collecting data for your users, you and your users would be unable to access the app. If you do not clear the Invoice till 21st of the month in which it was generated, all data collection for you and your users stops and your account is scheduled for removal from our systems.
Users using the application in the 14-day trial period won’t be shown any Invoice prompts during the trial period.

Do you offer any refunds?

No. We do not offer any refunds. You can evaluate the app in the 14-day fully functional trial period. Usage of the app beyond the trial period would add your account to our Invoicing processes and any payments made are non-refundable.

Can I make a one-time payment?

No. You will be charged $2 / Rs. 100 per user per month pro-rated. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it thus preventing any further charges to you.

Will my users be notified if I don’t pay the bill?

Yes. After 7 days of grace period, your users will see a notification message on their screen regarding non-payment of Invoice. At this time, they will no longer be allowed to access the application until the Invoice is cleared.

Are there any volume and/or term discounts available for larger environments or with longer-term needs?

We do not offer any discounts. We have a very simple pricing structure which is affordable at the same time for small teams as well as cost-effective for larger ones.
