Imbibe Technologies Private Limited, hereafter referred to as “Imbibe Tech” is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to Locus, an app developed by Imbibe Tech for Enterprise customers of its ItNet platform and governs data collection and usage by its accompanying app, Locus.

Collection of your Personal Information
Locus collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Locus also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender and preferences.
LOCUS COLLECTS YOUR DEVICE’S LOCATION IN THE BACKGROUND EVEN WHEN THE APP IS CLOSED OR NOT IN USE, AND THE SAME IS SHARED WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION WHICH CAN CHOOSE TO MAKE THE SAME AVAILABLE TO AUTHORIZED PEOPLE.
There is also information about your device’s hardware and software that is automatically collected by Locus. This information (among other items) can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Imbibe Tech for the operation of its ItNet platform as well as the Locus app, to maintain quality of the same, and to provide general statistics regarding use of ItNet platform as well as the Locus app.
Imbibe Tech encourages you to review the privacy statements of Web sites you choose to link to from Locus so that you can understand how those Web sites collect, use and share your information. Imbibe Tech is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites, portals and apps outside of the Imbibe Tech and Imbibe Tech’s family of Web sites, portals and apps.
Use of your Personal Information
Imbibe Tech collects and uses your personal information to operate ItNet platform as well as the Locus app and deliver the services you and/or your organization have requested. Imbibe Tech also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products and/or services available from Imbibe Tech and its affiliates. Imbibe Tech may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Locus tracks your location once every few minutes (not less than 5 minutes) and sends to the server where your Managers can access it and monitor your movements.
- Locus tracks your location only during work hours as defined by your organization.
- LOCUS COLLECTS YOUR DEVICE’S LOCATION IN THE BACKGROUND EVEN WHEN THE APP IS CLOSED OR NOT IN USE, AND THE SAME IS SHARED WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION WHICH CAN CHOOSE TO MAKE THE SAME AVAILABLE TO AUTHORIZED PEOPLE.
- Your tracked locations are shown to authorized people from your organization only.
- You tracked locations co-ordinates are NEVER sold or shared by Imbibe Tech with anyone, except with your organization.
- Imbibe Tech’s License Agreement with your organization explicitly bars your organization from sharing access to your location to anyone except with people within your organization on a need-to-know basis.
- Imbibe Tech deletes your tracked locations after 18 months irretrievably. Your deleted location data is not accessible to either Imbibe Tech or your organization post deletion.
Imbibe Tech does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Imbibe Tech may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, Imbibe Tech may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Imbibe Tech, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Imbibe Tech does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.
Imbibe Tech keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within Imbibe Tech, in order to determine what Imbibe Tech services are most popular. This data might be used to deliver customized content and advertising within Imbibe Tech to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Imbibe Tech will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Imbibe Tech; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Imbibe Tech; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users and/or employees of Imbibe Tech, or the public.
Use of Cookies
Imbibe Tech’s Web site and/or portals including ItNet use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize Imbibe Tech pages, or register with Imbibe Tech site or services, a cookie helps Imbibe Tech to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same Imbibe Tech Web site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the Imbibe Tech features that you customized.

If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of Imbibe Tech services or Web sites you visit.
Security of your Personal Information
Imbibe Tech secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Imbibe Tech secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a location or credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
Payments
Imbibe Tech uses Razorpay and PayPal for processing payments. Imbibe Tech/Razorpay/PayPal do not store your card data on their servers unless you explicitly agreed for your card data to be saved. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
