- We created software from scratch for a commercial travel CRM company based in Canada, a global leader providing quality solutions to travel agencies ranging from small to mega sizes. We’ve been working as the only outsourcing partner for this client for over 9 years now.
- Started an online food ordering service Veg Platter in 2017, which is built on the Mart platform by Imbibe. It promotes vegetarianism and only deals with vegetarian food. Today, Veg Platter covers more than 20 major cities and towns in 2 Indian states (Haryana and Punjab) with over 200 partner restaurants, constantly expanding its base to more states in India.
- Played a lead role in expanding information governance and risk management platform and enabling its adoption by more than 270 legal firms across the globe ranging in size from 10 to 15,000 including at least two of the five biggest law firms in the US.
- Created a web-based remote desktop solution from scratch providing remote web-based access to diverse systems like Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Autonomy iManage WorkSite, FileShares and PSTs; enabling its adoption by law firms including one among the four biggest accounting firms globally.
- Played a significant role in developing a practice management software that allows firms to holistically manage their business processes including an innovative module to configure profit calculations, helping them smartly implement profitability metrics and leverage the same in strategic decision making and unique business-specific needs.
- Developed a digital voice recorder to capture notes and memos for a client based in Kolkata that has been in the transcription industry from the last many years.
- Developed custom application for an autonomous government organisation that allows online collection of fees (worth over hundreds of crores of transactions per year) through multiple supported payment gateways. Imbibe worked as a sub-contractor to the main contractor for 2 years to deliver client delight.
